My name is Irena Sinclair. And this is my coaching practice — Ren Coaching. I am an ECF-certified Life & Business Coach, author of 3 books, project and quality specialist. I work at the intersection of psychology, finance, and strategy — because that is where real change happens.
I created The Structure Method™ because I saw it again and again: smart, hardworking people getting stuck — not from lack of motivation, but from lack of a system. My work is to give you that system.

I came in thinking I had a discipline problem. Turns out I had a values conflict — I was chasing goals that were not actually mine. The report made that visible in a way I could not argue with. That was uncomfortable. And completely necessary.
The report showed me things I had been avoiding for two years. Not in a harsh way — in a clear way. I finally understood why I kept sabotaging my own plans. The session with Ren was the most useful hour I have spent on myself in a long time.
I was sceptical about coaching. I thought it was all about motivation and positivity. The Structure Method is completely different — it is analytical, evidence-based, and it respects your intelligence. I got more clarity in one session than in months of journaling.
I have read self-help books. I have done the journaling. I have tried the apps. None of it stuck because none of it was based on who I actually am. This report was. It was specific, personal, and it gave me a real starting point instead of another generic plan.
I did not expect to cry reading a report. But when I saw the section on emotional capacity, something clicked. I had been running on empty for so long I forgot what full felt like. The roadmap we built together in the session changed how I approach every single week.
My problem was not lack of motivation. My problem was that I had no idea where I was actually leaking energy. The 14 assessments showed me exactly that. I stopped doing three things that week and immediately felt lighter. That is not a small thing.
I have worked with coaches before. Most of them ask questions and reflect things back at you. Ren actually tells you what she sees. That directness is rare and it is exactly what I needed. The financial mindset section alone was worth the entire investment.
